Membership FAQ

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The Collagen Club™ has a six-month initial commitment with automatic monthly billing.

What if I don’t use my treatment that month?

You may keep the monthly membership amount as treatment credit instead. Unused treatment credits roll forward while membership remains continuously active.

Can I receive the monthly treatment and the treatment credit?

No. Each month you choose either one listed monthly treatment or the tier’s treatment-credit amount—not both.

Can treatment credits be transferred or redeemed for cash?

No. Treatment credits are nontransferable, have no cash value and may not be used for taxes, tips, gift cards or financing fees.

What is the Collagen Bank?

The Collagen Bank is a separate benefit in Black Opal™ and Black Diamond™ reserved for eligible Sofwave® treatments and Collagen Banking Maintenance™.

Do Collagen Bank allocations roll over?

They remain available while membership is active, subject to the signed membership agreement.

Can I use my Collagen Bank for skincare or other treatments?

No. It is specifically reserved for approved Sofwave® planning.

Do members receive birthday benefits?

Yes. Active members receive the Birthday Beauty Bonus™, which includes one complimentary CO2Lift® Enhancement with a qualifying treatment during their birthday month.
